We rebuild the movement patterns you haven't used in years. Coordination drills, acceleration mechanics, and foundational strength work. No jumping in cold. No injuries.
Progressive sprint work, strength development, and plyometric introduction. Your body starts to remember what it felt like to move with real intent. This is where it clicks.

Questions
I haven't done athletic training in a long time. Is this too advanced?
No — and this is exactly what the program is designed for. Phase 1 (Restore) starts from first principles. We rebuild movement patterns before we ever ask you to sprint or jump at full effort. The progression is deliberate, not aggressive.
What if I'm already athletic?
Skip the cue! You jump straight in at Reload and skip Restore, before finishing an advanced Perform phase.
I already train hard — Hyrox, running, lifting. What will this add?
Athleticism is the layer most fitness-focused people are missing. The ability to sprint, jump, change direction explosively — this makes everything else better. You'll move faster, be more resilient, and there will still be room to hit your endurance goals.
I have an old injury. Will this make it worse?
The program is built around safe progression. Every phase respects your body's adaptation timeline. That said, if you have a specific injury concern, reach out before joining and we can discuss whether this is right for you right now.
What equipment do I need?
Access to a track, grass field or turf — and a gym for the strength work. A full equipment list is provided at the start of the program.
How much time per week does this take?
The program is designed for athletes with real lives — expect 5 sessions per week, with a 3-day option, 45–75 minutes each session. Quality over volume.
What if I miss sessions during the 12 weeks?
Life happens. The program stays with you — you can pick up where you left off. Consistency over perfection.
